Owner Alfonso Nieto hails from Bogotá, his wife from Guantanamo, and the menu at this Nolensville Road eatery is a passport to the flavors of the Caribbean and South America, from Peruvian-style mussels and ceviche to Colombian churrasco, washed down with mojitos and cinnamon-tinged hot chocolate.
