The Nashville Zoo has been bursting with babies — there were meerkat pups, red ruffed lemurs, two doe-eyed banded palm civets (with the pinkest noses!), a Masai giraffe and a history-making clouded leopard cub, just to name a few. And while none of them are the best, per se (they’re all good zoo babies, Brent), one pair of new additions stands out. When two red panda cubs were born on June 16, the zoo wisely installed cameras in the nest boxes, giving us the ability to watch the roly-poly furballs 24/7 as they ate, slept, rolled around in straw and clumsily wrestled with each other. I missed many a deadline due to those livestreams. I regret nothing. MEGAN SELING
