Not so long ago, children, there was nary a third floor in the neighborhood now known as 12South. Row on row of simple single-story storefronts stretched along as people hurried past on their way to Granny White Pike. These days, things are really looking up (groan). The hotness label has moved west to The Nations and elsewhere, but nowhere else have things gone so vertical so drastically.
