Barely a year old, Third Man Records’ publishing arm ran a strong program that raised the profile of Nashville’s new generation of writers while connecting their scene to others around the country. Beyond hosting readings with local poets and fiction authors, TMB published its first single-author title, Janaka Stucky’s poetry volume The Truth Is We Are Perfect, as well as the deluxe collection Hidden Water: From the Frank Stanford Archives.
