So it might not have worked out quite as well as planned — you can’t control the weather! — but the Skrillex and Pretty Lights-curated With Your Friends Fest was a remarkable proof of concept: People will show up in all sorts of awful weather to party at the Riverfront. We hope the With Your Friends crew gets first dibs on dates at the forthcoming amphitheater.
