Is that a gun in their pocket, or are conservatives just afraid of Linda McFadyen-Ketchum? Working to reform gun laws isn’t easy work, especially in this deeply red state. As president of the Tennessee chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, McFadyen-Ketchum is well aware of this. When she and fellow advocate Telisha Cobb met with three Republican state lawmakers in February, one of them pulled out a gun and set it on the table. (He said afterward it was a holster.) Let’s just say McFadyen-Ketchum stood her ground.
