For Nashvillians new to town and native (and everywhere in between), the library’s archive of photos of Nashville’s past on Facebook is fascinating, fun and even educational. Along with posting historic photos of buildings and neighborhoods, it often offers a “guess the location” post to engage fans — where we learn about things like the various “urban renewal” projects over the years — and that during the 1950s, there was a trailer park on the land where the Captain Ryman house once stood on Rutledge Hill.
