Mathew Meeker, the newish chef at Fancypants, is teaming up with chef Mike Parhm from The Optimist for a Tides & Seasons dinner. The special five-course dinner will highlight autumn’s seafood and produce. (Finally, it is autumn!) Proceeds from the dinner will benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, which helps people in the Nashville area who are experiencing food insecurity. Each chef will bring his distinct perspective to the one-night menu. Reservations are available online through OpenTable Experiences; tickets are $95 per person, with optional beverage pairings at $50 each.
