You’re more than likely familiar with Nashville Ballet. But if you can’t make it to one of their shows at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center — or if you’re a dance fan in Williamson County — you’re in luck: The Nashville Ballet’s Second Company is headed to the Turner Theater at The Factory at Franklin this week. The show will feature the company members performing six pieces that highlight their talent and versatility. The Second Company — sometimes called NB2 — is designed to give dancers the opportunity to train, perform and further develop their technique. These rising professional dancers bring life to the stage through storytelling and emotion, and with pieces ranging from classical to contemporary styles, the show will have something for a diverse array of fans. This is an event designed to bring dance closer to communities that may not have access in other settings.
