We may have given Andra Eggleston a Best of Nashville award last year — for her Electra Eggleston line of textiles based on the colorful doodles her dad, famed photog William Eggleston, has drawn in his notebooks throughout the years — but the evolution of those textiles into ready-to-wear designs by eternally hip French designer agnès b. deserves extra attention. The print is a colorful Kandinsky fever dream that Andra named Berlin, after the town her father was in when he drew it. The line includes a shirt and pants, but our vote is on the Andra dress, a timeless short-sleeved cotton dress that is equal parts chic and quirky. LAURA HUTSON
