After a historically bad football season and plenty of disappointment from the world of hockey, it’s thankfully time to welcome America’s Pastime back to the Nashville pro sports scene. The hometown Nashville Sounds kick off their 2026 AAA season in Norfolk, Va., on March 27 before bringing the party to First Horizon Park a few days later. March 31 marks the official home opener for our Sounds, who will take on the Charlotte Knights in the first of a six-game series. In addition to all of the fun and festivities of opening day, the March 31 game will also feature a Sounds “2026 Tour” T-shirt giveaway to the first 1,000 fans in attendance. It’s gonna be a party at First Horizon, but if you can’t make it, the Sounds have 74 more home games on the calendar this season.
