Starland Vintage & Unusual

We’re living in the midst of a grand return of clowns. On Hulu, a new documentary called Clown Panic reflects on 2016’s bizarre run of “killer clown” sightings. Since 2020, “clowncore” fashion has evolved from a TikTok micro-aesthetic to the stuff of Louis Vuitton runways. Into all this comes Starland Vintage & Unusual’s Clown Mart pop-up — a vintage funhouse for the ages, from the collections of Starland co-owners Lynda Herdelin and Chad Swick. Clown Mart is set to run until their trove of clownish homeware, decor, art and clothes runs out — and it’s hard to emphasize enough just how many clowns there are. Whether you prefer a classic circus clown or chic Pierrot, pack an improbable number of friends into your car and head on down.

Open Sunday through Friday until all inventory is sold at Starland Vintage & Unusual

2110 Eighth Ave. S.
