Stimulate sexual wellness trade show, August 2026

Women Like Sex. That’s both a true statement and the name of a podcast you should be listening to. Its host Natasha Senjanovic is devoted to destigmatizing women’s sexual pleasure, and we would all be better off if we followed suit. A great start would be to come to this live podcast event, The Sex Ed We Wished We’d Gotten. When Senjanovic reported for the Scene from the recent sex toy trade show Stimulate, she called it “a genuinely moving celebration of female pleasure.” Look for more of that energy at Actors Bridge on Saturday, when she’ll be joined by sex therapist Raven O’Rourke and sexual health liaison Cory Roroya. They will answer all your most thought-provoking questions, like, “Why do we think men like sex more than women do?” and, “Why do we tell people that it hurts to have sex for the first time?” If you’re feeling shy, you can ask questions anonymously, or just listen in. Because of the clandestine nature of sexuality, you’re bound to learn something, no matter who you are.

7 p.m. at Actors Bridge Ensemble

4610 Charlotte Ave.
