Nashville Cherry Blossum Festival 2024

One of Nashville’s coolest annual festivals is back on Saturday. The Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival began in 2009 with the now-achieved goal of planting more than 1,000 cherry trees across the city, as well as celebrating Japanese culture. This year’s edition takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the lawn in front of the Davidson County Courthouse, aka Public Square Park. Attendees can expect performances from choirs and dancers, martial arts demonstrations, a cosplay contest, cultural lectures and more. Entry is free, but you can purchase a Friends of the Festival wristband for discounts at the scores of local food, drink and craft vendors.
