The Fourth of July festivities may have come and gone, but you can keep that revolutionary spirit going strong this Saturday with Off Broadway: The Room Where It Happened. Presented at the intimate Analog at Hutton Hotel, this popular cabaret series has quickly become a fan favorite, with past installments offering everything from a Wizard of Oz-inspired immersive experience to a fun That’s So High School show that wrapped up with a full-blown prom afterparty. This weekend’s edition highlights inspiring songs of protest and patriotism from big musicals such as Hamilton, Les Misérables, Suffs, Spring Awakening, Ragtime, Hair and more. Hosted by Rachel Potter (The Addams Family; Evita; Wicked national tour), the show’s lineup features an impressive blend of Broadway and local talent — including Justin Sargent, Deejay Young, Stephanie Umoh, Diana DeGarmo, Omar Cardona, MORGXN, Matt Boyd, Piper Jones, Jada Wasserman, Michael Passons, Ty Herndon, Melissa Greene, Annabelle Fox and Tyler Kohrs. Plus, guests can look forward to fun themed cocktails and a few surprises.
