I’m not exaggerating when I say that at least once a day someone comments on my haircut. It’s an occurrence so common it’s become a running joke with my husband and co-workers. And as much as I’d like to take credit for these coif-centric accolades, all praise goes to Brian Hickman at Local Honey East. Creative director for Local Honey’s three salons, Brian is considered a trendsetting leader in the industry who has nearly 40,000 Instagram followers and a regular teaching schedule that takes him into salons across the country.
