Best Dog Park

If your dog loves to run zoomies, play catch or wrestle with other pups in a wide-open field, then your average dog park might be all the park you need to keep them entertained. But if your pooch is a little more adventurous, head to William A. Pitts Dog Park, just 15 minutes south of downtown Nashville in Antioch. Half the park is a spacious, well-kept grassy patch with water fountains, shade and plenty of seating. But the other side is a heavily wooded area where your dog can run wild through shrubs and trees while chasing squirrels and birds. Your little buddy will feel like the king or queen of the forest, while you’ll rest easy knowing there’s still a fence keeping them from getting too far from sight. MEGAN SELING
