Dolly-Parton’s-Threads

If you somehow missed out on the sold-out March premiere of Dolly Parton’s Threads: My Songs in Symphony, you’re in luck. Threads is back with Nashville Symphony this summer for a limited concert series celebrating Parton’s extraordinary career and legacy. Running through July 31 at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, this multimedia concert experience features the Nashville Symphony performing new orchestrations of some of Parton’s most beloved songs, with “narration from Dolly herself on the big screen.” And while Dolly will not be performing live at the event, the 90-minute program features a cast of top-notch talent, including vocalists like Katelyn Drye, Blair Lamb, Hollie Hammel, Julie Williams, Katie Basden, Kiley Phillips and Ally Jackson. A special exhibit dubbed Dolly’s Hall of Fame Gallery will also be open in the Schermerhorn’s west atrium throughout the series, showcasing a collection of Parton’s gold and platinum album awards. Fans will find plenty of Dolly merch, and can also choose from a variety of themed VIP packages, including options for family outings, bachelorette parties and more.

Through July 31 at the Schermerhorn
