Caro-Chambers

Caroline Chambers is all of us. Her newest book, What to Cook When You Don’t Feel Like Cooking: Make It Fast, summarizes what it’s like when you have to put dinner on the table but you’ve lost the will. With four sons and now three books, Chambers is pressed for time, so all of the recipes in the book, which was published earlier this month by Union Square & Co., can be made in 30 minutes of hands-on kitchen time. Or less. The book is packed with cooking advice, such as what to do if the meat sticks to the pan. In conversation with Nashville’s Cortney LaCorte (@thecheesegal on Instagram), Chambers will talk about her tips for overcoming kitchen ennui. The talk takes place at the Belcourt, and tickets include a signed copy of the book, provided by The Bookshop.

7:30 p.m. at the Belcourt

2102 Belcourt Ave.
