An East Nashville building located near Five Points and previously eyed for a restaurant has sold for $1,375,000.

The roughly 1,500-square-foot building sits at 200 S. 11th St. and was originally constructed as a residence. According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the new owner, via Regions Beyond LLC, is Matthew Missick.

The seller, via Different Class LLC, was a group that includes Matthew Bell, Drew Mischke and Jim O'Shea. Those three own East Side restaurant and bar Rosemary & Beauty Queen (located at 1102 Forest Ave.) and had planned a supper club-style restaurant and bar for the just-sold property.

The property is zoned to accommodate various uses, including a restaurant. A commercial business is not believed to have ever operated from the building, which was built in 1910. The home is located next to a structure accommodating Magnolia Lane Bridal Shop, with long-time business Wagon Wheel Title also operating on South 11th Street, among other professional services businesses.

Ben Dotye, an associate with the Nashville office of Dallas-based Stream Realty, represented Missick.

Jackson Zeitlin, a broker with Zeitlin Sothebys, represented the sellers.
