After finishing as the national runner-up in 2023, Vanderbilt University’s women’s rowing team won gold in the varsity eight-plus grand final at the 2024 American Collegiate Rowing Association National Championships, which took place in Oak Ridge, Tenn., in May. The ’Dores out-raced Purdue by less than three one-hundredths of a second to earn first place. Sounds like this needs to become an officially sanctioned sport at Vanderbilt.
