Caldwell Hall at Belmont University ranks among the most elegant of the approximately 50 traditionally designed high-profile buildings Nashville has landed since 2000. The symmetry of the 11-story residential building is a highlight, with its brick-and-stone skin and its vertical elements paying tribute to the pre-modernist era of architectural design. Nashville-based ESa (design) and R.C. Mathews (general contractor) effectively delivered the goods with this building.
