Ponder when you last spent time at the Parthenon-anchored urban park. For those who haven’t visited recently — do so. Phase two was completed earlier this year, with the 19 acres reinvented under the watch of the Centennial Park Conservancy and the Metro Parks Department. The first two phases of the plan carried a price tag of $21 million. Work on the $4 million Park Plaza/event pavilion phase is underway.
