Best Family Holiday Tradition

Your Christmas to-do list already includes watching Kevin McCallister thwart the Wet Bandits — if not, adjust your priorities — so why not view the film inside one of Nashville’s most beautiful buildings? The precision with which the Nashville Symphony performs the John Williams score infuses new magic into this Christmas comedy, and it’s a great way to introduce the kids to classical performance. But I certainly won’t judge you for hiring a babysitter and savoring the magic all by yourself. NANCY FLOYD
