When Ultimate Tire moved into their new digs on Ewing Avenue next to the railroad tracks, they found the original tenant — the building is the old L&N freight depot — had left a little something: an enormous antique safe decorated in gold hand-painted swirls and beautiful landscapes. It’s a stunning work of art and a cool memento of Nashville’s past.
