Nashville Public Library’s Legends of Film podcast (library.nashville.org) has arresting conversations with terrific guests — Joe Dante, Walter Hill, Philip Kaufman. Sometimes it sounds as if it were recorded in a high school gymnasium, but it’s still well worth your time. The focus of the NaschyCast podcast (naschycast.blogspot.com) is far narrower — the films of Spanish exploitation idol and werewolf auteur Paul Naschy — but hosts Troy Guinn and Rod Barnett’s willingness to plumb these oddities is infectious.
