Nashville’s wonky Democratic congressman, Jim Cooper, has cast some votes this year that had our heads meeting our desks. Restrictions on NSA snooping? No. Funding for Hurricane Sandy Relief? No. But just try thinking of him as a Republican. See? What a guy! Why aren’t there more in the GOP like him?
