Among the top buyers in Nashville and the surrounding counties were prominent Christian authors, the co-founder of college sports website Rivals.com and a venture-capital veteran who now holds a prominent position in Nashville’s Mormon community. Auto magnate and conservative political donor Lee Beaman also topped the list with the sale of an under-construction mega-mansion.
