New Tennessee Titans coach Mike Vrabel and his wife Jennifer recently bought a $2 million home on Otter Creek Road in Forest Hills. Meanwhile, the top home sale in Middle Tennessee in February came out of Robertson County — we don’t often see high-dollar sales out of Greenbrier, but this month the small town saw the $3.3 million sale of an estate standing on almost 70 acres.
