Meanwhile, the top home sale in Middle Tennessee in February came out of Robertson County — we don’t often see high-dollar sales out of Greenbrier, but this month the small town saw the $3.3 million sale of an estate standing on almost 70 acres. Christian recording artist Edward A. DeGarmo also sold his Brentwood abode for $2.3 million.Â
