Headline Homes: February 2018

New Tennessee Titans coach Mike Vrabel and his wife Jennifer recently bought a $2 million home on Otter Creek Road in Forest Hills. Meanwhile, the top home sale in Middle Tennessee in February came out of Robertson County — we don’t often see high-dollar sales out of Greenbrier, but this month the small town saw the $3.3 million sale of an estate standing on almost 70 acres. Christian recording artist Edward A. DeGarmo also sold his Brentwood abode for $2.3 million. 

Below are February’s top 10 home sales in Nashville and the surrounding counties, ranked by sale price.

The home offers a “bold Rosemary Seaside” design plan.
