Local chef and restaurateur Julia Jaksic has announced Roze Pony, an all-day market cafe, will open near Belle Meade in late spring 2020.
According to a release, the cafe will operate at Belle Meade Galleria at 5133 Harding Pike in West Nashville.
The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and feature a grab-and-go market for coffee and to-go items. The space will offer "warm, inviting and thoughtful wooden fixtures" leather banquettes and penny tile. A small bar will focus on cocktails.
The release notes Roze Pony will offer "fresh, simple and approachable dishes" that will change with the seasons and feature local produce and proteins.
Roze Pony is the second Nashville concept from Jaksic, who opened Cafe Roze in East Nashville in 2017. That cafe was featured on Bon Appetit’s Best New Restaurants of 2018.
Roze Pony will be open seven days a week beginning at 7 a.m. each day.
