When I first told you about the 2026 edition of Dine Nashville: The Music City Way from the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp back in December, I promised an update about additions planned for the February event. Well, I’m a man of my word. Here’s the skinny on the decidedly not-skinny event.

First off, organizers have added a few more attractive chef collaboration dinners to the already stellar lineup of kitchen crossovers. Here’s what’s new for your dining calendar during Dine Nashville:

Feb. 10, 5:30 p.m.

Chef Samuel Jett (Audrey) + Chef Derek Simcik and Chef Nicky Miscia (Bacco)

Audrey $95/person

Feb. 10, 6 p.m.

Chef Scott Peck (The Loveless Cafe) + Chef Trevor Moran (Locust)

Loveless Cafe, $180 per person

Feb. 19, 6 p.m.

Chef David Andrews (D'Andrews Bakery & Cafe) + Rebekah Turshen (City House)

D'Andrews Bakery and Cafe, $85 per person

Feb. 26, 6 p.m.

Chef Adam Lathan (The Gumbro Bros) + Chef Sean Wen (Curry Boys BBQ)

Gumbo Bros, $50 per person

These collaborations, in addition to the original announcements, represent some pretty amazing culinary talent, and you know the chefs will be bringing something special to the table for these events!

Additionally, several local institutions will be offering special deals and experiences during part or all of February to help support the Music City Inc. Foundation. For example, Arnold Myint will be bringing back his mother’s famous Patti’s House Salad to International Market for the entire month of February. This dining experience is so beloved that we have profiled it multiple times here at the Scene — never better than with Carrington Fox’s experience back in 2010.

At Aba in Wedgewood-Houston, they’re offering a special White Cheddar Labneh dish from Feb. 5 through 28. It will feature honey crisp apple, lemon zest, almond granola and cinnamon phyllo. Aba will donate 10 percent of the dish’s sales to the NCVC’s charitable arm, so that’s [checks notes, carry the 1] about $1.50 per plate. Well, they can’t all be banger deals …

Phillippe Chow continues to introduce itself to the neighborhood with a special three-course pre fixe dinner all month (except Valentine’s Day) for just $55 per diner. The menu features satays, prawns and sweet-and-sour chicken, plus miso salmon. If you're thirsty, they are also offering their signature Lychee Martini and the Gold Top at a special Dine Nashville price.

Stationary at the historic Union Station Hotel is also offering a dining deal: dinner for two for $200, including a 14-ounce Oscar-style (lump crab meat, asparagus, hollandaise) chateaubriand, brown butter potatoes, haricot verts and a bottle of Jordan Cabernet, and Rudy’s Jazz Room in The Gulch is offering $3 off any cocktails made with either Belle Meade Bourbon or Belle Meade Reserve. (Limit two per customer per visit. Let’s not get greedy.)

Finally, Walk Eat Nashville, the walking food tour (which, full disclosure, I sometimes guide for) is offering a special tour they’re calling Founders & Food: Hidden Stories Behind Nashville’s Icons. It’s a 90-minute tour including classics like Prince’s Hot ChickenHattie Jane’s Creamery and more. Who knows? You might even get me as a guide.

So clear your calendar for February! It may be a short month, but it’s overflowing with great dining options thanks to Dine Nashville: The Music City Way.
