Even though February is the shortest month of the year (and I contend that this week alone has been the longest month of the century), Nashville restaurants are sure cramming a bunch of great dining opportunities into those 28 days. In addition to all the Dine Nashville programming that I have already shared with you, here are a couple more ongoing opportunities worth mentioning.
Additional chef collaborations and meal deals are on offer for February
Every weekend in February, Park Cafe at 4403 Murphy Road in Sylvan Park is adding a special dish to its brunch menu from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. They’re serving The Café at Thistle Farms’ signature quiche, which features fluffy eggs filled with sautéed red peppers, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and onions. Best of all, a portion of proceeds from the dish will benefit Thistle Farms and their work providing housing, health care, counseling and financial freedom for women survivors. Since The Café at Thistle Farms isn’t open on Sundays, this promotion effectively doubles your opportunities to enjoy it!
1 Kitchen in the 1 Hotel in SoBro has long celebrated the local suppliers who provide the kitchen with ingredients that fit within the restaurant’s dedication to sustainability. In the past, the restaurant offered what they called A Supper That Sustains Us as a special monthly dinner. For 2026, they’ve decided to recognize “the farmers, foragers, makers and purveyors who shape the flavor and integrity of our region” every night with a different partner showcased each month.
With a limited-edition tasting menu, the kitchen will focus on telling the story of each supplier and what makes them special. Chef Tyler Lee creates the composed tasting menu for $75 per diner, but also offers the individual dishes as à la carte options. For February, the guest of honor is Freedom Run Farm Lamb, a Kentucky-based consortium of shepherds who eschew industrial agriculture in favor of time-honored sustainable farming practices. The result is a product that is used in some of the best kitchens in the country. At this month’s supper, 1 Kitchen will focus on regenerative Appalachian lamb and whole-animal cookery that honors both the land and the animal.
Here’s the menu that will tell the story:
Heirloom Cornbread + Whipped Lamb Butter
Hot Honey Drizzle, Benne Seed
Spiced Medallion Tartare
Hot Pepper Vinegar, Field Green Pesto, Sweet Potato Crisp
Bluegrass Ribs
Bourbon Smoked Paprika, Sorghum, Pickled Green Tomato Chimichurri
Lamb Neck Lasagna
Berbere Spiced & Braised, Carolina Gold Rice Pasta, Pecorino Bechamel
Grilled Picanha
Harissa Rubbed, Field Pea Succotash, Smoked Tomato Jus, Charred Lemon
Make your reservations online — whether for à la carte (booking link) or the tasting menu (booking link). Cocktail pairings are also available for $25 or for $18 apiece.
