Nashville has more themed holiday pop-up bars this year than raisins in a fruitcake. This is the seventh in our 12 Days of Christmas Pop-Ups series, designed to help you find more holiday bling for your buck.
Part of the fun of heading to a holiday pop-up is being in a crowd, wearing ugly Christmas sweaters together, maybe singing a carol or two. But if you want something a little more chill (pun intended) and a little more intimate, Arctic Aurora at Park Café is a good option. The Sylvan Park restaurant has private igloos that you and your five besties can reserve through the end of January. The experience includes a heated, clear igloo where you should be able to watch the stars and simultaneously feast on several different fondue options, including gruyere and Swiss cheese served with vegetables, or another with filet, chicken and shrimp. Cocktails include the Sweater Weather — made with bourbon and ginger — and several winter drinks, including applejack brandy.
