Callaghan’s first full season as head coach, Music City’s Major League Soccer team transformed itself into an offensive-minded, entertaining and successful squad. Thanks in part to new additions like Eddi Tagseth, Andy Najar and Jeisson Palacios — and thanks in part to the high-scoring tandem of Sam Surridge and Hany Mukhtar — Nashville won the club's first-ever trophy earlier this month and earned an MLS playoff spot late in the 2025 season.
