Headline Homes: June 2017

203 Lynnwood Blvd.

In June, the most expensive home in the Davidson County area was sold by ZZ Top bassist Dusty Hill and his wife Charleen, an actress. The Hills had bought the home from Sheryl Crow for just $3.4 million, and after renovations, they sold it for $5.5 million. Country music songwriter Dallas Davidson, who’s written songs for Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton, among others, also purchased a home. None of the houses on this month’s Headline Homes list went for less than $2 million.
