wizard and former Murfreesboro mainstay-done-good has made and released a new video, just added to
MTVurotation yesterday. The song, "Could You Love Me Now," has a delightfully low-key appeal — he rhymes "Anne of Green Gables" with "Canadian fables," which is A-OK in my book. But then again, none of us ever thought the dude who started
Spongebath, made
a record using all toy instrumentsor raked it in on the
Expedia jingle— and who is also the rare artist who figured out a way to stay
involved and relevant— was missing any brain cells in the first place.
So it's not surprising, though cool nonetheless, that in addition to writing a solid ditty he did something clever with the production of this video: It's shot in reverse in a single take, which means he had to learn to lip-sync the words backwards.
