Kacey Musgraves' banner year, revolving around her reflective third LP Golden Hour, continues with her debut performance on Saturday Night Live.
Last night, backed by her crack 12-piece band, Musgraves played two fan-favorite cuts from the album. First up is "High Horse," the disco-tinged kiss-off to folks who always seem to be looking for a chance to show how they're better than everyone else. A nice added touch to the visuals is a saddle that's been turned into a disco ball — if there isn't one of those in every bar on Lower Broadway, there really should be. Check that out above, and below see "Slow Burn," the contemplative opening track from Golden Hour.
