See Inside RCA Studio A in Ashley Monroe's 'Paying Attention' [Fresh Vid]

Country champ Ashley Monroe has released a music video for “Paying Attention,” a ballad about regretting lost love and a promising second taste of her forthcoming album Sparrow, which Monroe recorded with renowned producer Dave Cobb and co-wrote with Brendan Benson and Waylon Payne. She 

, in the form of the bluesy and seductive "Hands On You," giving fans a look at her much-anticipated follow up to 2015's>The Blade. 

In the above clip for "Paying Attention," you'll see a similar visual aesthetic to "Hands On You," with warm tones, hazy soft focus and light leaks reminiscent of old film, but those techniques are used for a different purpose. Where the previous vid focused on sensuality, this one features clips of Monroe & Co. at work on the song, recording guitars, keys, drums, strings and vocals. In the process, it offers a gorgeous and nostalgic peek into one of Nashville’s most beloved and historic studios: RCA Studio A, where Sparrow was recorded. 

Monroe doesn’t currently have any tour dates listed, but Sparrow is available for preorder on her website.
