Graham Fitzpenn is the brains behind local glammy psych rockers Majestico — he's the frontman and songwriter, and now you can tack "music video director" onto that list of credits.

Prefix Mag just premiered Majestico's Fitzpenn-directed video for the tune "Love Is God."

The vid features some jungle-y, vaguely mystical imagery, and the narrative, according to Prefix, is all about how "the protagonist must search for a goddess after she steals his chest barcode." H8 it when that happens. Have a look at the video above.

The tune "Love Is God" is from Majestico's forthcoming Jeffery Drag Records 7-inch EP of the same name, and the 'Jestico will celebrate its release this Saturday, Sept. 22, with a show at East Nashville's The Groove. That soiree kicks off at 4 p.m., and also on the bill will be fellow psychsters Ranch Ghost, promising newcomers Promised Land and new-to-me post-punk troupe Western Medicine. Plus free beer! There's a flier (after the jump) and a Facebook event page. You can also stream "Love Is God" below, or download the tune for free via Jeff Drag's Bandcamp page.
