Jimmy Buffett and Toby Keith's 'Too Drunk to Karaoke' Was Shot at Santa's Pub

In their brand-new video for the song "Too Drunk to Karaoke," Jimmy Buffett (king of the booze-powered party anthem) and Toby Keith (court jester of the booze-powered party anthem) visit happening local dive/karaoke hotspot

Santa's Pub

to hoist a few red Solo cups. "I don't know about this ... you sure?" Keith asks Buffett in the opening frames of the video. "They said it was the best place in town," Buffett returns. Perhaps by "they," Mr. Buffett is referring to the Scene's own Abby White —

a noted fan of Santa's

. Interesting for Buffett and Keith to plug a watering hole that isn't Margaritaville or I Love This Bar and Grill, but they're kind of presenting a fictionalized version of Santa's anyhow — we all know that Santa's doesn't serve liquor, least of all margaritas ("yum yum"). Also, has that Land Shark (excuse me, "-and -hark") sign always been there? Perhaps this gem will replace staples "Cheeseburger in Paradise" and "Margaritaville" on the most-karaoke'd-songs-ever list.

"Too Drunk to Karaoke" is from Buffett's forthcoming Songs From St. Somewhere, out Aug. 20 via Buffett's own Mailboat Records. Other track titles from Songs include "The Rocket That Grandpa Rode," "Einstein Was a Surfer," "I’m No Russian," "I Wave Bye Bye," "Oldest Surfer on the Beach" and the seemingly-lazily-titled-even-for-Jimmy-Buffett "Something 'Bout a Boat."

Update: Due to auto-play issues, the video has been moved after the jump.
