Whole Foods that opened last year on McEwen Drive in Franklin

, just south of Cool Springs.

Carefully navigating the Tennessee state laws that regulate sales of wine in restaurants, the folks at Whole Foods created a novel concept for our state: a wine bar inside a grocery store. Does this mean you can buy a bottle of wine in the grocery store? No! No! Not in a retail transaction ... read the story for details.
