The Grilled Cheeserie's Crystal DeLuna Bogan
This Sunday, a special episode of Guy's Grocery Games, hosted by Guy Fieri, will air on Food Network. In Part 1 of a five-part series, The Grilled Cheeserie's head chef, Crystal DeLuna Bogan, will compete head to head with two other chefs (of 16 chosen nationwide) previously featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.
According to the website, Part 1 will feature:
Some of the best chefs from Triple D invade Flavortown Market in this leg of the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives Tournament, where they must first prepare a lunch special using only ingredients that begin with the letters "D" or "G." The culinary contest continues with the best noodle dish made only from food items that cost $4 or more, then the final two chefs go bowling to pick the crazy ingredients in their Sunday supper. The last chef standing can bag up to $20,000, plus get a shot at winning even more in the tournament finale!
The episode airs at 7 p.m. CST this Sunday, Jan. 3, on Food Network, and it will repeat this Friday, Jan. 8, at 5 p.m. CST and Sunday, Jan. 10 at 2 p.m. 6 p.m. CST.
