The Boozy Cauldron is a pop-up cocktail event that has been traveling across the country for the past year, showing up in tourist-friendly towns like Vegas and Orlando, and they'll soon be bringing their brand of magical fun to a private events facility in West Nashville at 7695 River Road Pike.
The theme of the 90-minute experience revolves around a mythical Professor Dolohov Draven, current professor of the Dark Arts, and his top students who will take you through the preparation and consumption of some drinks including the tavern’s famous “buttered beer.”
I think you can probably guess where this is coming from and where it’s heading. The traveling booze show has been touring the country, perhaps staying one step ahead of J.K. Rowling’s attorneys, but it’s all in good fun.
So, while Lord Voldemort is traditionally referred to as "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named," in this case it’s the boy magician who shall remain nameless. But if you’re a fan of the genre, you might want to check out this pop-up, which has already sold out many of the seatings between June 10 and June 12. Point your wand at the reservations website and incant "Fac mihi potum!"
