After a year off because of ... well, you know, the popular Nashville Cocktail Festival will return in person Sept. 7 through 11 with a packed schedule of parties, tastings and educational seminars. While tickets won’t go on sale to the general public until July 7, if you want to get a jump on the gen pop, you can sign up to be an NCF Insider today for early access to ticketing on June 30 and a 15 percent discount for using a code (which will be emailed to Insiders on June 29).
Take a look at the schedule and you’ll see the multitude of opportunities, with 13 entertaining and educational events planned over five days of festivities. The NCF kicks off with a few smaller activities like an opening party at Bode Nashville and events focused on specific spirits like gin, sherry and Courvoisier before the larger parties amp up the fun.
The main events will be a big Polynesian Pop Party to Centennial Park on Friday night, Sept. 10, with a celebration of all things tiki and Art Deco Night in the same locale the next evening. Bartenders and brands will pay homage to the Roaring ’20s and try to jump-start a new iteration of that delightfully frivolous era.
Other available experiences include the chance to Blend Your Own Bottle with Pennington Distilling Co., a fun opportunity that I told you about earlier this month, and a raucous pool party on Saturday afternoon at the Dive Motel.
