Daddy’s Dogs to have Printers Alley presence

Sean Porter

The creators of Daddy’s Dogs are set to bring a new bar called Gramp’s Garage to East Nashville.

Founder Sean Porter has requested a permit to conduct renovations at the 2913A Gallatin Pike site. The building is owned by Trinity Corner LLC, which bought the site for $685,000 in 2014. The structure featuring a garage door is next to Tiger Bar and the former home of Eastside Music Supply (which recently relocated to Dickerson Pike) and adjoining East Tattoo Collective.

Scene sister publication the Nashville Post was unable to determine details about the concept or an opening date for Gramp's.

Daddy’s Dogs has five locations in the Nashville area, including its flagship spot in The Nations. The business is also planning a Madison location. It has satellite locations at Nissan Stadium and Ober Gatlinburg, as well as three carts in and around downtown Nashville.

The bar is not related to Grandpa Bar coffee and cocktails, which is located at 1501 Herman St. and opened in October.
