The Golden Age of Poster Art was at its glorious peak from the late 1800s to the mid-1900s, but it’s still alive and well at Anderson Design Group, whose day job is graphic designs for commercial clients. A promotional calendar showcasing iconic and stylized Nashville landmarks, from the Parthenon to the Bluebird, was so popular, ADG added more themes and morphed into prints, notecards, postcards, refrigerator magnets, coffee mugs, tote bags and even jigsaw puzzles, all for sale in the cheerful little retail space tucked into the first floor of the firm’s office near Centennial Park.
