Sip back and relax this busy time of year with a ceremonious serving of tea and scones in a Victorian house in Germantown. Savannah Tea Company, which relocated from an Eighth Avenue bungalow to a fully renovated 1870s residence this spring, will celebrate the season with its fourth annual holiday tea. The $27 meal includes a pot of hot or iced tea; scones, muffins, clotted cream and jam; soup; muffin-sized quiche; tiered tray of fruit, finger sandwiches and dessert; and palate-cleanser of sorbet.
