The Oak Hill contemporary that served as the backdrop for the Season 1 machinations of Hayden Panettiere's id-like country starlet Juliette Barnes sold in real life months after it sold on TV.
And the Green Hills home that was James Franklin's home base while he was the most popular man on West End sells just a few months after he became one of the most reviled men on West End.

The master bath features heated floors and toilet seat, and the home is fully wired with a state-of-the art sound system (plus a soundproofed master bedroom, in case the new owner doesn't like the music played elsewhere in the house).

This Governors Club home has a "gorgeous view of the 18th tee box" and is therefore within walking distance of the tony golf course's well-appointed clubhouse. The 12,000-square-foot home includes an 1,100-square-foot recording studio. The listing promises this is a short sale, but how short is hard to say. The home is appraised at $2.5 million, but seller Rowan — a well-known session musician and former Academy of Country Music Guitarist of the Year — bought the lot for far less ($360,000 or so); he presumably spent beaucoup bucks building the home itself.
Erwin Workman is a former executive president, COO and chief science officer at veterinary diagnostic company Idexx Laboratories.

Cronin Wood is an investment company of Michael Cronin, owner of an eponymous recording-studio construction company.
Mrs. Whitley-Taylor was appointed executive vice-president and chief human resources officer of Emdeon in December, coming over from a similar position at Amerigroup.

Former football head coach James Franklin was able to sell his home relatively quickly — you may have seen the repeated visits of the Penn State semi-truck that helped him move — and actually turned a profit, albeit a paltry one of around $140,000.
In a delicious bit of Vanderbilt history, Franklin's agent Anne McGugin is married to George McGugin — grandson of Dan McGugin, Vanderbilt's all-time winningest coach.
