The City Paper's Pierce Greenberg reports this morning that Lighting 100 general manager Fred Buc was arrested over the weekend after a grand jury indicted him for two felony sex charges.
Fred Buc, a longtime radio executive and host in Nashville, was charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor and a count of displaying sex acts to a minor older than 13. He was arrested on Saturday night, according to jail records, but posted $100,000 bond and was released around 11:30 p.m. According to the indictment, Buc allegedly displayed sexually explicit material to an undercover officer posing as a minor in September 2011. A second count alledges Buc possessed material that included a minor engaged in sexual activity.Read the whole story here
