Last night, I went to the new Goten location for dinner. First, I should point out that I am biased towards hibachi-style restaurants; hibachi food is my favorite type of quasi-ethnic cuisine (I say "quasi," because I have some Asian friends who have spent a considerable amount of time in Japan and they claim that American-style hibachi restaurants do not exist over there. Although, according to Wikipedia, hibachi is actually Chinese). I don't really care who invented it; it's tasty no matter what.
